PDF Order Center packing slip not shown shipping method

Hi eveyone,

I have installed PDFOC a whileback and just realised that the packing slip not shown shipping method.

I offer my customer a few different shipping method 1st class, 2nd class, next day etc. So it is important to shown them on the packing slip.

Have I mis config anything on PDFOC?

Just installed the 1.21 version, Everything in the admin -> config -> PDF Order Centre has disappear, and in the PDFOC screen, the following error message appear

After upgrading to the PDFOC V1.2.1, I have now got my delivery method shown on the packing slip, but in a very messy format. I gusess is becasue PDFOC not supporting the html code, has any one come across this problem before. The text shown below is what I get in the PDF doc.

Sorry, It's all my fault really.

PDFOC do not apply shipping method in the packing slip template. But if switch to Invoice template, shipping method will come up.
