Have a strange one today. A customer attempted to place an order (Several times) and something didn't go right.
The system shows an account created, then then payment through the WPP gateway. Paypal processed the order, however, my ZC store never received the completed order and does not show it as existing. The customer attempted 6 different times, and I was paid 6 times for the same order, but none of them completed.
On one of the orders, I did get an error e-mail "ALERT: PayPal Direct Payment Error ( <!-- -->)" with an empty body.
I did a test order using the same method and that went through without issue.
Is there a way I can track what happened? I've e-mailed the customer to give me some feedback, and of course, refunded all of the purchases.
The most I could figure out was that there was an issue with Paypal Passing the data back to ZC, but everything else appeared to work properly, and Like I said, I did a test order without issue.
