2 questions, uk postcode shipping and forum registration

Hi,

I have been getting on pretty well setting up my first ever zencart shop but am completely stuck

If anyone can help me out on these 2 questions I will be very grateful:

1) I have setup my shipping based on a weight table, but will need to charge an extra £7 for certain areas, is there a way which I can set this up?

2) I have set the phpbb forum link to true, i also set it up to link to the forum during zencart setup, when you go to register a new member to my (upcoming) shop, it asks the user to put in a nick name for the forum, thing is, that nick name does not register at the phpbb forum. I thought it could have something to do with the verification on phpbb forum but I disabled that and still the same, any ideas?

I am still on a learning curve myself but if I see someone who is stuck on something which I have now covered I will help out / advise if I can.

I've built many UK stores and have customized the shipping and zones modules to cater for Royal Mail and ParcelForce rates, depending on UK location.

See it in action here ... put a few products in the cart then click Estimate Shipping.

Shipping offered to the customer will depend on:

1. Their physical shipping address in the UK, base on zones
2. The weight of their cart (Royal Mail up to 2kg, Parcelforce beyond 2kg).

Quite complicated to do - and many hours of work - but it is accurate.

Thanks both of you, I think I got it figured out now, I got the counties list and got a list for remote highlands and islands and northern ireland from the parcelforce add on so now have dual zone table shipping, based on weight and location, I used the zone rates shipping module, for example in my countries list it has united kingdom (mainland) and n/ireland, highlands and islands (I had to put zones in manually for that part), just the 2 options but it seems to work (though yes it did take quite a bit of setting up).

I have set the forum integration to false as I have found out that it does not support phpbb 3, if a fix comes out in future I will reintegrate it, but for now it's of no major importance as I was only doing that as an extra, which tbh, isn't really necessary yet.
