Affiliate networks and Zencart

I see some people suggesting jrox to add affiliate marketing
into zencart. However, we dont want to manage marketing our own affiliate program and signing people up. We would like to use an affiliate network so they can market the product line and sign up affiliates for us.

We would like do a pay per sale affiliate program. Is anyone
aware of an affiliate network that can integrate into zencart?

I assume we would need to track a custom variable in the session
until a sale is completed and then hit the affiliate network site with
that code to indicate a completed sale.

Anyone setup a place like comission junction? Can you recommend any other affiliate networks for advertisiers.

Any advice you could give would be great:)

You can integrate any affiliate network into Zen Cart, they give you a tracking pixel to add to your confirmation page. Affiliate networks however do not recruit and manage your affiliates, they are the tracking and payment processing for you. You would hire an affiliate manager (there are private consultants called "OPMs" which stands for Outsourced Program Managers) that would manage your affiliate program and recruit affiliates for you.
