What's the easiest way to delete all sample data?

I am using the latest version of ZC but cant seem to find a way to delete the sample data.

I started to delete some category details but non will go as they seem to be linked to something.

So the best would be to delete all sample data, but how?

ps. I am just a basic user.

Doing a fresh clean install is the easiest way: just don't select to install the demo data. That will wipe out everything, and you can start from scratch without any demo products/attributes/etc.

Or you can manually delete each category from the Admin->Catalog->Categories/Products page. Deleting a category deletes all products inside it.

If you have Easy Populate installed -

Download a csv file using the easy populate module. then open it in Excel and change everything under the header 'v_status' from 1 to 9 and save the file.

Then import it again using Easy Populate and all will be deleted in a split second.
