AustPost v2.1.3 large letter issue

Hello,

New to Zen and all setup went well. At the stage of testing postage like many others and having problems. Installed AustPost v2.1.3 to use with 1.3.8a version of ZenCart.

Current problem I have is set one test product as 34(W)x25(L)x2(H)cm with weight of 0.2kgs and it is not showing large letter on checkout. Australia Post large letter limit is 26x36x2cm so is anyone out there able to advise what I have missed?

I have set Zen to use kgs, max weight as 20, tare weight to 0, large packages percentage weight to 0 and will be use weight and measurements for everything I have to sell and so manually use the Australia Post site to calculate postage rates for every thing I have been selling.

This AP module looks like it does the same thing with only a few issues I will have to sort through for example some items I have are less than a 500gm satchel but will not fit into it so have currently turned this option off until I work that one out.

Anyway look forward to someone being able to help with large letter/letter size, thanks.

At a guess, it's because the 2cm height meets the 2cm limit.

The module is 'aware' of the size of the prepaid satchels

Also please note that the AustPost module is now obsolete. It has been replaced with 'ozpost'

Going to download new ozpost now (saw reference to it in posts but couldn't find the download for it anywhere). Quick question do I have to uninstall or remove old version first?
