Flat rate shipping of x for first and y for each additional

I've got the latest version of Zen Cart and am just trying to set things up.

Just about everything I sell is drop-shipped. Most of the time the shipping for the items is something along the lines of "$10.00 for the first item and an extra $2.00 for each additional item". How do I set up something like that?

Use the Item Rate item shipping module ...

Set the Handling to 8.00 and the Per Item Charge to 2.00 ...

1 item 8.00 + (1 * 2.00) = $10.00
2 items 8.00 + (2 * 2.00) = $12.00
3 items 8.00 + (3 * 2.00) = $14.00
