Help with upgrading from 1.3.0.2 (with mods) to latest

Hello!

I really need to update my Zen Cart. I have tried to do so earlier but only got bad failures that I had to restore the backups.

But now I think I will try again.

But I am so confused what to do, I am sorry.

My current installation is:

Zen Cart 1.3.0.2
Database Patch Level: 1.3.0.2

Template: modified NightFall v1.0
Installed mods: (as far as I can see, it is hard to see which mods that has been installed on Zen-Cart):
ImageHandler2 2.0
Maybe more. The mods are of same age as the base installation.

Now, I would love to get help on what to do. I know this may be much of a request, but I would really love any help I can get! :)
The least I hope for is a list of files to download, and in which order to do them.

I do not want to lose the customers and the products listings+its images.
