Warning: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in \\boswinfs01\home\users

Hi, i've seen a few different variations of this same problem, but nothing has seemed to work. I am using version 1.3.8, and have just completed a fresh install for the first time. Installation was very smooth, but now I can't get to either the store front or admin page, I get the following error message:

I did change the permissions for both configure.php files, but that didnt do anything.

Any help would be appreciated...Thanks!

It's a problem unique to your Windows Server path and how the webserver (can't) recognize it.

Thanks for the info, I will try contacting my host provider to see if there is a different path to use.
