Lost Files

I movced to a new server. In doing so all of my includes data was lost. the file names are thre just the data is lost.
Is it possible to upload just the data for the includes files and if so how do I do that

If you had a custom template, then that wikll have disappeared. But yes... you can do this. Just get a copy of the software (same version as you are using), unzip it and FTP the includes folder to your server...

BACKUP first...
