I have this problem that I want to change the "privact notice" under "information" sidebox into "F.A.Q.". Could any one please help.Thanks a lot.

Use your Admin - Tools - Developers Tool Kit to search for 'privacy notice' to see the file where that's defined. Edit that file to change the text.
