    Default Renaming admin folder

I just installed a fresh copy of ZenCart and the patch security_patch_v138_20090619.

I read the html file included and uploaded the 4 files to their destination. Is that all there is to it? do I have to execute any of these php files?

I then renamed my admin folder

and followed the directions to change all instances of the mention /admin, in my configure.php in my includes folder, to the new admin folder name.

however none of my links in my admin panel reflect this change. They still want to go to the directory /admin

I closed my browser, wiped all temp files and still all links want to go to /admin

    Why is this happening??

There are 5 files, all of which go in their respective folders under your admin folder.

It's happening because your edits to your admin configure.php file didn't get saved to the server correctly ... likely because you didn't make the file on the server readable before saving the changes to it.
