    Default Safari CSS Error

Can anyone tell me why my site is showing up very with the body of the page to the right of the header in Safari? It works just fine in Explorer and Firefox.

Here is a Safari browsershot: http://browsershots.org/screenshots/...af83dfcddd45f/

    The site is www.discounthimalayansalt.com

    Thank you.

Whenever you have a major problem with one browser it's pertty much a given that you have errors either in the code or the CSS. Run your main page through the validators -- both the HTML one and the CSS one -- at w3.org. Probably there's a small but vital error in there somewhere.

I tried out your suggestion and the only errors that I got were the XHTML Transitional.

Well, there were more errors than that, but when I fixed them it didn't improve the situation any.

I'm guessing there's a missing float: left; somewhere in the stylesheet. But floats make me crazy in even the simplest of situations, so I can't help there. Sorry.

I have the same error. Everything was working fine in Safari (and Firefox and IE) until I upgraded my Mac to Snow Leopard this weekend. Now when viewing in Safari I see the body of the page shifted to the right. i.e. www.immortalitea.com I'm guessing there is some incompatibility introduced in the latest version of Safari. Does anyone have a suggestion how to fix this?

I'm running Zencart 1.3.8. My Safari is 4.0.3.

It's displaying fine in Safari 4.0.3 this morning. Can the OP post back telling us what they fixed, so that others can benefit?

    Thanks,

Actually, I still both sites, mine and the OP's, shifted to the right. (A Snow Leopard thing instead of a Safari thing?)

It seems to have something to do with the logo. If I remove the logo all together, as per the instructions in the "Top Ten Questions" list in the wiki, everything lines up perfectly. I've tried playing around with the logo size and this seems to have no effect. Still hoping someone has a suggestion 'cause I'm fresh out of ideas at the moment.
