is it possible to recount from 0 products viewed?

Does anyone know how to clear the report counters, specifically the products viewed counter?

I am ready to start selling from my store, but want to clear all the counters, because right now they list all the products that I have viewed while setting up the site.

There is an option in the Tools ... Store Manager:

Reset ALL Products Viewed
Reset Product Viewed Counts to 0:

NOTE: Backup your database before attempting any of these updates ...

i am wondering if someone can help me, doea anuone know how to clear the products viewed report, founf uder reports in adminso that it begins at a certain date or from the date cleared?
Also is it possable to see what products a particular customer has viewed?

I'd like to reset the products viewed numbers in the reports section, so that the numbers from the moment it went online will be accurate for users viewing products...
