Default Is there a "sent folder"?

Is there a way to look at all the emails sent to the customers including order status changes etc.?

No there isn't. But unless you have since edited the email templates, or deleted the orders, all the information used to generate them should still be available.

OK thank you. My main concern was that in the order status we normally provide the Fedex tracking info (in the comments, right column). The customers keep calling asking about tracking. Do not they get this information, or this column gets cut off?

In the Admin > Configuration > Email Settings section there's an option to send yourself a copy of the order status emails that are sent out. This would be a good way to check what your customers are getting.

You can actually save any e-mail you send to your database

admin -> configuration -> e-mail options -> Email Archiving Active? (set to true)

Actually I just looked, it was enabled. But how do I get to it to see the old ones?
