On Checkout Payment information I am getting 2 Discount Coupon boxes, however only the 2nd one is actually functioning properly. I do have a COWOA mod installed and I'm looking over all these files to see where the ot_coupon.php is called twice, but I just can't find it.

Any ideas? It's in the store in my sig. Thanks.
