Main Page speed problem

This happens when I run it for the first time after turning on my computer: Parse Time: 30.509 - Number of Queries: 289 - Query Time: 3.8307560110779

after that the page is loading normaly - with parse time between 2 and 4 seconds.

Maybe this is the problem: i have installed store in /store/ folder in my server and i've configure store to work in this catalog. Then, when i configured domain i set DOCUMENT_ROOT to /store/ ?

I find some great tool for firefox called firebug - it shows what does page load and how long does it takes - for me it shows that longest part in loading My page is connecting with My page, images are loading very fast. Now, why does connecting to the page takes so long?

The most of this time takes "waiting for response". Could i mess something up in admin section?

I realy have no idea whats the problem, could somebody send me screens of his configuration of 'session' 'logging'?
