Help with Admin Setup?

I just installed zen-cart. I keep getting error message when I try to access the admin

Warning: main(includes/languages/english.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/h/j/a/hjavs/html/catalog/admin/includes/init_includes/init_languages.php on line 31

"No such file or directory" ... basically means what it says.
ie: your /admin/includes/languages/english.php doesn't exist on the server.
Perhaps the file didn't upload properly when you put the files on your server ... sometimes FTP programs will timeout and leave some files incomplete, damaged, or missing.
