where's my template?

I've download 2 templates, transfers them with ftp in include/template.. and when I go in my admin /template I don't have any of the templates..
can someone help me!

Chances are you should upload them to the root (top directory) of your site, not in includes/templates. Let us know what templates you're trying to install.

Hello everything is ok but now my problem is that I've made changes in my header.php both english and french and now if I go and take a look it's a blank page nothing appear...
