USPS - Priority Mail Flat Rate Box setting?

Hello,

I was wondering if it is possible to add another (additional) shipping rate option in the selected USPS shipping module selection???

I know that statement probably didn't make much sense.

What I'd like to do is add a Priority Mail Flat Rate Box option to my USPS shipping options on Zen Cart. Currently, I don't see that particular shipping option. I contacted USPS and they said that on their end they provide that information to my module, it's (Zen Cart) is not utilizing that information because of a lack of check box option(s).

Is it possible to make that an option manually, or is there some kind of patch that will enable me to offer that shipping option?

I have enabled the use of USPS Domestic Flat Rate shipping on our site. For USPS Flat Rate, I turned to the included Flat Rate shipping module included in Zen Cart. There were a couple of issues.

1) The module only supports one entry, so we were forced to select a single Flat Rate box size to offer. Would not likely require much coding to allow for all Flat Rate boxes to be allowed. This just was not a major issue for us.
2) I needed to limit the amount shipped as roughly 10 pounds of our primary product is the max we can get in the box.

This arrangement has worked out very well for us.

NOTE: I also added a weight check to USPS.PHP to limit International Flat Rate to 10 pounds.

We took your advice and did as you stated but we're getting some errors:

1) When NOT SIGNED IN and you click estimate shipping: the Flat rate choice is in bold. In the past, the lowest priced option was in bold. Is there a way to tweak it so it performs as it did before?

2) When SIGNED IN and you click estimate shipping: no rate information is provided on the red box.

You have to go through part of the check process to see how much shipping is. On a positive note, when you do this, it selects the lowest priced shipping option.
