Site map add & remove links

Searching everywhere cannot find out how to add my custom pages to the site map, even tho I added more ez pages effortlessly.

Also I am trying to take out any reference to Newsletters on the site but it remains in site map. I was able to comment out the Review pages, yet when i try to comment out the newsletter the margins and billets go crazy after the " --> " I attempted the " /* " which would not work in tpl_site_map_default.php. I also tried commenting out & deleting the reference line in site_map.php with no luck.

WOW I finally got the newsletter commented out in Site Map!

But I tried to copy the contact us line & edited to my custom file but still not showing in sitemap.
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yippeeeeeeeeeee! final got it figured out. Here is the tag used that made About_Us show in site map.

<?php if (DEFINE_ABOUT_US_STATUS <= 'true') { ?>
            <li><?php echo '<a href="' . zen_href_link(FILENAME_ABOUT_US) . '">' . BOX_INFORMATION_ABOUT_US .'</a>'; ?></li>

so if you have this mod change the <="1" to "true"
