My client recently had an issue where a customer purchased a product through her Zen Cart store. My client received an email confirmation from Paypal only. There is no record of her purchase in the Zen Cart store. The only information that you can find about this customer is from when she registered. It seems that Zen Cart forgot about this transaction. Any suggestions? I am worried that this is happening without us even knowing. I have contacted Paypal but I haven't heard a response yet. Thanks to anyone who can help me figure this out. So strange.
