    Default trouble relocating downloads folder

    I tried changing the configuration files to relocate my downloads folder outside of my public_html folder, I followed the guide and changed the includes/configure.php to:

    define('DIR_FS_DOWNLOAD', DIR_FS_CATALOG . '/home/jazzviolinist/music/');
    define('DIR_FS_DOWNLOAD_PUBLIC', DIR_FS_CATALOG . 'pub/');

    and the admin/includes/configure.php to

    define('DIR_FS_DOWNLOAD', DIR_FS_CATALOG . '/home/jazzviolinist/music/');

    However when I go to my store I get the error:

    Warning: The downloadable products directory does not exist: /home/jazzviolinist/jazzviolinist.com/cart//home/jazzviolinist/music/. Downloadable products will not work until this directory is valid

    I am not sure what I did wrong but any help is greatly appreciated in advance

    If you look back at the tutorial closely: https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/i...hp?article=280
    ... you'll see that the edit removes the DIR_FS_CATALOG part of the new definition. Instead, it shows you to hard-code the entire path from the root.

    If you leave the DIR_FS_CATALOG part inside the DIR_FS_DOWNLOAD definition, you end up with the duplication you posted.
