Hello every one,
I installed zencart on my local machine windows vista, when i go to run zencart i get just a blank screen the browser is pointing to the right url but its just a blank screen.
If I try to log on as admin i get a whole bunch of errors and this one "Fatal error: Cannot redeclare date_diff() in C:\xampp\xampp\htdocs\store\admin\includes\functions\general.php on line 3001"
Can someone help me out?:

Zen Cart v1.3.8a is NOT compatible with PHP 5.3. You'll need to use an older version of PHP, such as found in XAMPP 1.7.1.

Yes, it would be best to uninstall and reinstall everything to make sure you have a clean setup.
