Email Not going through - GoDaddy - SMTP Error
Hello All,
Great Forum. We are new to Zen Cart. We are using Zen Cart 1.3.8 and are having difficulty with Email configuration. Our site is hosted using Godaddy Deluxe Plan - Windows Hosting. Under Configuration > Email Settings we have configured SMTP Host as "smtpout.secureserver.net" and port as 25 with correct Email id but when we do a test to send email to customers via Admin Email functionality it errors out with a message: "Could not connect to SMTP Host"
We are using smtpauth as Email Transport. Has anyone seen this or experienced this. Till our zen cart could successfully configure to sent out email, we are in deep trouble.
Let me know if anyone has any solution for this out there
