Cant log into admin and reset wont work

I have recently decided to modify my shop after a period of no use and have forgotten my admin password and the password reset is not working is there any way i can change this from one of the zencart files i have backed up on my computer? nothing on my server has changed and i cant remember what version im using might be 1.2

Please tell me what Im supposed to add in.....when I run SQL it says "autot10_clss1.admin' doesnt exsist
