shipping table trouble

Hi guys new to zen cart i am using 1.3.8 and i am having trouble setting up the shipping table in modules i have 7 different zones i want to ship to
1-ireland,2-uk,3-euro 1 in gls,4-euro 2 etc want to use this table

till zone 7 which would be rest of world which i want to use this service

how would i set these up in the shipping module table code wise say for 0-1kg and then 2-3kgs etc

sorry i am actually putting them in the zones rates in shipping modules, also i have added the 7 zones in locations/taxes if that's any help
