How to manually tell ZenCart that an order has been paid with PayPal IPN WebStandard?

Hello,
I use PayPal IPN - Website Payments Standard.
Sometimes (maybe 1 out 4 times), I receive a Paypal payment, but the order does not show up in Zen Cart administration.
I have tried fixing the problem with Dr. Bytes in this thread but we could not:

So I would to report manually to Zen Cart that the order has been paid by the client, by using the zenid=, the Paypal's transaction number or anything else. I guess I would have to do it in the database directly with phpMyAdmin.
Is it possible to do that? And if so, where and how?

I already use the "Login as Customer" module, but sometimes it does not work, as explained in this post:

So I would like to manually report to Zen Cart customer payments.

PS: Recover Cart Sales is not enough for me, as it only shoes the product name but the attributes.
RePS: I have tried using PayPal Express Checkout, but I encountered other issues with it, so I would like to stay with Paypal IPN Web Standard .
