    red flag trouble logging into admin..

    Wasn't sure where to post this so... When logging into my admin page I get a delay after my entering my user name and password and then get the following message...

    2006 MySQL server has gone away
    in:
    [select * from zen_coupon_gv_queue where release_flag='N']
    If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

    I've been working with my host to try and figure this out and they can find nothing wrong? Please help!

    many pelple have the trouble like you,in my opinion,you could uninstall you system,and install your system new again,that's because install again need little time than the problem find out.

    @doomed

    Do not uninstall your Zen Cart.

    The problem you are having is with the MySQL server not your Zen Cart. Uninstalling your Zen Cart will not help and give you a ton of other issues to deal with.

    Instead ask your web host why the MySQL server is unavailable.
