zenid not showing up in location bar

Just wanted to know if the zenid was supposed to show up
in the location bar?

I noticed the "&zenid=XXXXXXX" on other sites using zencart,
but not on my own.

I definitely have a cookie stored on my computer from my website,
but I just thought it was odd that the zenid was showing up.

Anybody have any thoughts on this?

Usually, the zenid will show up when you first land at the site, but not on subsequent pages during that session.

it doesn't seem to show up on the main page when I enter the site either.

May have something to do with your SEO URL mod. can you turn it off to check?

Does the site seem to work OK, including checkout?

What is a SEO URL module? Are you referring to the google
analytics code, or the "ax" code at the bottom of each page?

Everything seems to work fine, including checkout.

Between Template Monster and you, your site's code is so hacked up as not to resemble Zen Cart any more. Perhaps it is built into the template, but you have some facility that changes your URLs to be human-readable (misnamed "search engine optimization"). This apparently also completely removes the zenid even on first landing (Zen Cart only displays it on first landing, and subsequently stores it in the session cookie). Do users of your site ever get a session cookie?

The site is still in the testing phase, but if you visited my site,
check your cookies folder, and see if one exists.

Yes, I did use template monster originally, and I have changed
some things on the site, but everything seems to be working ok
so far.
