My server has CURL installed as a command-line module it is not compiled in PHP.
Is there a way to use CURL in Zen-cart using command lines? If so what files should I edit to make it work?

Forcing PHP scripts to open a command shell is a huge security hole that most webservers are incapable of securing for properly.
Thus, Zen Cart is not coded for that sort of configuration.
