    help question "Sorry, we are not accepting payments from your region at this time."

    I'm probably missing a critical step in the setup, but I've checked everything I can think of. In the past I've just done payment buttons for each item on my site, but that's become ridiculous.

    I'm using Paypal Express and have filled in all of the password and other sections.

    When I test my cart and try to check out I get this message in the Payment Method section:

    "Sorry, we are not accepting payments from your region at this time.
    Please contact us for alternate arrangements."

    I'm able to continue to paypal, but zen cart never goes past processing on it's end.
