I have recieved a payment from a customer using VISA, for which I have no order in zen cart.
This has never happened to me before, have any of you ever heard of something like this?
I have received orders both before and after this. I see that the customer was in my shop at the actual time when she used her card (I see this in zen cart).
With the payment information that I got from VISA, I can also see what she ordered. But no sign of this in zen cart.
I have talked to the card company and they say that they can see that there was sent a call back to zen cart after the payment.
What on earth has happened? Is there any way I can reestablish her order in zen cart?
