I'm sure that is possible to show a message of "Privacy conditions confirm" and I ask:
1) What I have to set to show this?
2) Is it necessary to have a certificated SSL server?

Hi Giovanni,
1) In admin, go to configuration/regulations and you'll see the two options available.
2) No, SSL not required for these options
