Help! I just received a payment confirmation from my gateway Linkpoint (visa payment), but there is no record of the corresponding order in my admin! I am running v1.3.8 and this has never happened before. This is not a Paypal issue - this was a simple credit card transaction and Linkpoint has confirmed that it is a valid transaction. When I track the customer's page views on the site, it does not show that she went through the checkout steps or received a confirmation of her order page, yet the credit card transaction did complete. The order number that shows up on the Linkpoint authorization would be the correct order number, if it actually recorded! Any help is appreciated! I don't want an unhappy customer this time of year! Thanks in advance for any assistance.
