need to change "Manufacturer" to "Occasion" on Product Page

I am still trying to find out where to change the word Manufacturer which appears in two places on different product pages. I've gone thru various searches, tried changing the word in various php files but to no avail so far. I'd welcome any more suggestions as to where to find the correct place to change the words. Search for 'manufacturer' in Admin - Tools - Developers Tool Kit to see the files where those are defined.

Thank you. I have been thru and changed every one of the occurrences of Manufacturer but nothing changed on my site. After spending God knows how many hours trying to find and change this, I still have no idea how. Any other thoughts?
