I have activated a discount coupon on signup but I am getting weird e-mail. How and where can I fix this?

Keep the coupon code.
Then delete.
Uninstall the module.
Reinstall the module.
Re create the coupon with same code if you still wish to use it.
Then try again .That wasn't the plan!

It is ok if I send them with zencart admin but it is not right with the welcome e-mail.

Looks like you're missing defines from your language pack.
Does the same thing happen if you select English language?.
