Japanese version zen-cart, price error

We have a Japanese version zen-cart installed. Only Japanese language, no English, only Japanese Yuan, no dollars. But when confirm the order to go to paypal page, the Unit Price is 0, so the Amount is 0 too. How can we fix it ? Any suggestion is appreciated.

1. You said you only have Yen in Admin->Localization->Currencies. Is it set as "Default"?
2. What "code" are you using for that currency? Is it JPY? If not, why?

3. In your PayPal module, what do you have selected for Currency choice?

1. It's set as 'Default'.
2. Using JP for the 'code', if I use JPY, the amount it 0 before jumping to paypal page. If I use JP, the amount is correct on the order confirmation page, it's just error at paypal page.
3. I select only JPY.
4. The code changed , but no use.

Before going to paypal page. The amount is wrong. I found this at the order confirmation page :

<input type="hidden" name="amount" value="0" />

In paypal module, when I Choose "Selected Currency" , don't choose "Only JPY", the amount is correct, but it's $, not JPY.
