All my side boxes have disappeared?

Can someone please help me?
I am trying to make my own template override for my store.
I am using the ZJ - ZenCart jQuery Template Pack as my base, i think it's the Black 2 template.
I saved all the file to my store template and loaded it then reset the layout box controler and when i went back in to the site all the side boxes had disappeared.

Do they re-appear when you switch back to the Classic template?

Yes they do work in all the other templates i have installed.
Do you think maybe i didn't get all the files?

Something similar has happened to my site. After being offline over the holiday weekend, I discovered when logging this morning that 2 banner_boxes and an ezpages box had disappeared. Having not been online, I guess it's reasonable to suppose that I did nothing to cause this.

They are still activated on the Layout Boxes Controller.

When you activate a new template you have to REFRESH the sideboxes.

admin>>>tools>>>Layout Boxes Controller
(Scroll to the bottom and find the refresh link)

In my case it is not a new template. It has been active for several weeks as I continue to develop the site. I tried your suggestion, however, and all it did was realign the remaining boxes. By the way, the link is Reset, not Refresh

I also have tried the reset and still nothing.
I even tried turning on and off some of the boxes i wanted and reset after each one.

Nothing.

I'm going to try reloading the template.
