How do I view my checkout success page without purchasing something? I had the URL for it but lost it.

You don't - You should make test orders under various payment methods, with and without coupons and Gift Certificates to make sure your changes are correct.

What is a test order? The only payment method I use is PayPal Express. I didn't setup for gift certificates or coupons.

I use Check/Money Order, this allows me to see the whole process including the emails generated, invoice, and packing slip.

You can always remove it when you are satisfied with the results.
