everytime a new order is placed it is given a sequential number... is there anyway to change the starting number? currently it starts at 1 and counts up. any way to change it so it starts at 100 for example and counts up from there?
I'm setting up a new site but it doesn't look so good when someone goes to make an order right now and they get an invoice with a number 2 or 3 on it at the top.

There's an option for that in Admin->Tools->Store Manager
