Hi all,
There are a few threads going around where people that are using templates from 'Template Monster' are having trouble when existing customers try to log in and they get the 'There was a security error when trying to login' message.
Here is the solution. You are needing to copy 2 files from the 'template_default/templates' directory to your 'YOUR_CUSTOM_TEMPLATE/templates directory'
These files are:
tpl_login_default.php
tpl_time_out_default.php
You may also need to clear your cache to show changes made.
As Zen Cart develops and evolves, changes are made to the core files. Template Monster will NOT update any existing templates to make sure that they will run with the updated software.
