USPS First Class Int Package

Running 1.3.8a fresh install a couple of weeks ago. Updated the usps new usps.php and still have this problem.
In usps setup Int Package is not an option. But when I look at code in usps.php the listing is there.

Have FEC, Admin profiles and Stock attributes added.

I was/am having the same problem.

I called the USPS Webtools help number, and after a LONG wait finally talked to a representative. He said that Webtools is no longer offering any international shipping pricing other than Priority.

This is not what is stated n their website:

International Rate Calculator
This rate calculator will provide e-shoppers information on international rates for Global Express Guaranteed®, Express Mail International®, Priority Mail® International, and First-Class Mail® International. Unique mailing restrictions are provided for each country along with declarations form information and Express Mail International® delivery areas.

If anyone can clarify that would be great. Not having access to First Class International shipping would be a real detriment.

But The only First Class Mail Int that shows up in the Modual config is (First-Class Mail Int )

The orginal usps.php only had that 1 int option of (First-Class Mail Int ) in the code

Got it figured out.For some reason Filezilla didn't overright the file until I pasted into the directory.
