physical address isn't working

when trying to manually install latest version of zen cart the physical address appears and is correct - have checked with host - but keeps coming up with error message - physical address is incorrect. what can i do?

"Physical Address" is not an internet term I am familiar with... What do you mean by "physical address"?

(probably me just being dumb... but please elaborate...)

my guess is that this is about the DIR_FS_* = Filesystem directories (local/physical), as opposed to DIR_WS_* = Webserver directories (virtual/URL)

anyway:

- did you change these in both configuration files (includes/configure.php and admin/includes/configure.php)?
- did you make sure to keep the trailing slash '/' at the end of each path?

Anne, there are two types of addresses one can use:
- a URL which includes your Domain name
- an IP Address which is a bunch of numbers like 123.456.78.90

Can you be more specific in your problem and terms?
