Min/Max under product photo on product listing page

Hi

I've searched and searched but can't find the answer - and I know it's simple as I have done this on my other site

I'm creating a new site. I've just started adding products. On the product listing page - which shows all the products in that category, under the image of the product I have

the price
more info...
the product name
and a line saying 'max' or 'min' with a quantity

How do I get rid of that max/min thing?
