My site offers instant downloads, just recently I have had customers complaining that they cannot find their downloads, when I check Zencart I cannot find anything wrong, the fact that this has happened 3 times I am sure its not the client. How can I be sure that nothing is corrupt when I cannot see whats wrong?

You might load the Master Password from the Free Software Add Ons so that you can see what they see ...

If you look at the Order for these customers, what was the Order Status?

Did you have to alter it so that the customers could make the downloads?

When you say you cannot find anything wrong, have you tried to reproduce the exact order and payment method to see what might be happening?

If so, are you completing the order without a problem and able to do the downloads?
