I have 3 table rates setup in my cart.. 1 for US, 1 for Canada and 1 for International...
When I test Google Checkout it does not pass the rates over. I suspect it's something simple I am missing... anyone ever have this issue and know how to get it working? Oh, I'm using Zen Cart v1.3.8a/v1.3.8.
