Admin User Name and password

I just finished installing zencart via Ipage. Well I went to start building the site and the password protected box appeared. I entered my user name and password. It doesnt work. I unistalled zencart and did it again. Still same results. I have tryed it three different times with no luck. Is there a default user name and password to use when first starting. Please help guys. thank you

I have a client who uses iPage... but I did a proper, manual install.

How did you "install" zencart?

I used ipage, install central. How do you do a manual install

Is the login box that appears:

1. a "popup" box, or

2. does it look like the one you will see HERE

well i figured out that the dialog box was an ipage problem. I got it, but now i have this directory has no index file. when i go to my website. souldoubtinc.com
