Can the ozCommerce AustPost module be put in zen-cart?

The topic says it all really.
I'm looking for a solution to the problem of adding a shipping/postage module, for Australia Post into the zen-cart module.
I want to add postage based on weight for Australia, as well as international orders, based on the country, just as they do on the Australia post web site...

I have see the ozpost addon module in the other forum, but am not sure that it actually fills the bill. I could be mistaken however, but thought I'd ask about the other one anyway.
There is also what appears to be a commercial option floating about, called LiteCommerce Australia Post Module - but I haven't located the source yet.
