I can't get past this error message:

Errors have occurred during the processing of your form.

Please make the following corrections:

* Please select a payment method for your order.

It's in a popup window when I click "Continue Checkout" on Step 2 of 3.

I have Authorize.net (SIM) installed. It's the only payment method available, so on the Step 2 of 3 page, there's no radio button by Payment Method: "Credit Cart"

Just out of curiosity, I installed COD, got the two options with radio buttons, and even selecting COD, I get the same error message.

I have no clue where to look. I haven't modified anything besides creating a new template.

I just discovered that when I switch to the basic green template, it works. Must be something in my template. I'll switch it back so you can see. I've got some extraneous stuff at the very bottom of the page. That must be screwing me up. But I don't know what.

I think I got it working. When I created the template file tpl_main_page.php, I had duplicate code. I deleted much of that and now it works.
